My Story
I am Dr. Vuslat Muslu Erdem — a physician whose career spans continents, specialties, and thousands of patient stories.
I earned my medical degree from Uludag University in Turkey in 2000, where I first specialized in Anesthesiology & Reanimation. My path then led me to palliative care, deepening my understanding of what it means to truly care for patients at every stage of life.
When I came to the United States, I completed my Internal Medicine residency at the prestigious Albert Einstein / Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Today, I practice at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Sugar Land, Texas, where I bring together everything I have learned — clinical precision, international perspective, and unwavering compassion.
I am a proud member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the Society of General Internal Medicine. In 2023, I was honored with the Philip Lief MD Quality Improvement Award.
